Idaho Fly Fishing Report

Use hoppers, caddis, and attractor patterns.  Stop and feed the fish at the fish observation area on your way.  It’s a real hit with the kids.

It’s a good time to fish small streams like Warm River and Robinson creek, any attractor pattern, ants, beatles, and hoppers will work.

It’s fishing well, try caddis, pmd’s, and whatever else you see.  A good place to take kids as well.  Try an elk hair caddis with a size 16 dropper 8 to 12 inches from the dry.  Stop and feed the fish at the fish observation area just outside of Ashton on the Warm River, there’s some huge ones in there.  Stop in we’ll set you up with some flies that will work.
